Coach Profile: Cody Watts
I coach using a mindfulness-based and integral approach. We hone the inner muscles of discernment, insight, and action so that you can take the most meaningful and effective path forward. My goal is to see you thrive in the healthy, wealthy, loving, and successful life you envision. My style of coaching is a ‘skeleton key’ in that it's applicable to any area of life and any problem. In your initial consult we clarify your goals and preciously how coaching can support you, then if we feel we’re a good fit we design a plan for how to move forward.

I've been a life coach since 2016. Helping others lights my soul on fire; it’s my life’s work. I have a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies and have trained extensively to broaden my toolkit. I’m currently earning a Masters in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling and aspire to work with psychedelic-assisted therapies while continuing to serve as a coach.
For what it’s worth: it’s never too late or, in my case, too early to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of. If you find that you’re not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again.
