About Me

I'm Coach Jae Rene', your Soul Reset Coach, and the CEO & Founder of Journey To Aha, LLC. I help millennial women leaders who are tired of settling for less reset, pivot, and propel by transforming "aha" moments into aligned behavior so they can live life, in purpose and on purpose.

I am a spirit-led creative who just so happens to be a certified professional life coach. I created my life coach training at the Academy of Creative Coaching, and I'm currently working on obtaining my coaching credential with the International Coaching Federation.

I am a firm believer that every season of our lives requires a new version of ourselves. The transition can be challenging, painful, and a little messy. However, every piece of insight, every moment of clarity, and each breakthrough can be used to align you with where you need to be. My coaching is meant to help with that.
