We believe that everyone should have access to mental and emotional health resources. Period. It shouldn’t be time consuming, expensive, or intimidating. The current system isn’t accessible to everyone so we’re doing it differently. Our platform allows subscribers to access a variety of content from different coaches when it’s convenient for them and from the privacy of their own home. We want to help people heal and grow and we want to develop an inspiring team who is just as passionate about the mission as we are. 

Aspyn Coaching is a part of the overall Aspyn Market product line and is part of a much larger future vision with additional opportunities for coaches. 

The Aspyn Coaching team is made up of coaches and therapists who want to be a part of something bigger. In order to be a coach you need to meet the following requirements:

• You’re either a licensed therapist or psychiatrist, or a certified coach and have been practicing for 3+ years. (There are a few exceptions to this requirement based on the content being created. If you’re not certified and still interested, please contact us at coaching@aspynmarket.com).
• You’re able to produce content on a weekly or monthly basis that consists of recorded coaching sessions where you are coaching to an online audience.
• You have a particular specialty that you’re passionate about such as personal development, professional growth, teens and adolescents, relationships, etc. 
• Experience with recording and editing online coaching sessions ranging in length from a few minutes to an hour.
• Familiar with technology and comfortable in video conferencing software such as Zoom, Google Chat, etc. 

• Support others on their path to mental wellness.
  We know you love supporting others and by becoming an Aspyn Coach you have the ability to help an audience that might not seek help otherwise. We want to be there for people who are looking to grow personally and professionally, those who are recovering from trauma, busy parents, teens who are figuring it out, and everybody else who needs a little extra support.
• Build your community.
  As you grow your content on the platform your community will grow as well. You know you’ll be helping others and truly making a difference.
• Earn money.
  Create a session once and earn money as long as it’s live. It’s a different way to monetize your skills while helping others grow along the way.

Aspyn Coaches are required to submit sessions on a monthly basis but are also able to submit sessions as new content is created. 

Aspyn Coaches must provide the following when submitting a new session:

• A recorded video that addresses a particular topic. The video should be edited and non-branded and range in length from 5 - 60 minutes.
• A supporting resource that may be an inspirational download, worksheets, exercises, or other resources as appropriate.

In addition to the required content, sessions can also include guided exercises, demonstration materials, and more. Once you become an Aspyn Coach we will walk through session structures and opportunities. 

Yes! If you know other Aspyn Coaches and would like to co-host sessions please feel free to do so. We love collaboration and connections! 

Yes! We want to help you grow your audience and would love to have you submit additional material such as:

• Blog posts
• Social media posts
• Journal prompts
• Templates and free downloads
• Exercises for the Aspyn Planner and Wellness Workbook

All sessions and additional content will be branded with the Aspyn Market and/or Aspyn Coaching brand. Submitting content is easy, we’ll take care of the formatting and final branding for you.

Yes, we know that a lot of great content has already been created but getting views is hard. We’d love to have you update and repurpose anything you’ve created that meets our requirements. Please know, however, that once content is submitted to Aspyn Market for the use of Aspyn Coaching it can’t be utilized elsewhere. You’re giving us exclusive rights to use what you submit to us. 

Yes, all coaches need to be certified in order to be a part of our program. We know that there are a lot of certification options available and we look forward to learning more about your particular certification. 

There are a few exceptions to this requirement based on the content being created. If you’re not certified and still interested, please contact us at coaching@aspynmarket.com.

Aspyn Coaching is a subscription model that requires users to pay a monthly fee. This monthly fee includes the Aspyn Planner and Wellness Workbook as well as unlimited access to the Aspyn Coaching platform and all content within it. 

20% of all subscription revenue is part of a royalty pool and the royalty’s are then paid out based on a coach's individual view time in relation to overall view time. If your sessions accounted for 10% of the view time, you earn 20% of the royalty pool. 

We’re just getting started and need time to grow our audience so it may take 6 - 12 months before you begin generating significant revenue. Being part of something new is always fun but can require some patience. We appreciate you being a part of this journey from the beginning. 

During our beta launch there will be a limited number of coaches. As we grow, we will invite additional coaches to join the team. 

Getting started is easy. Please complete the form below and provide us with a copy of a pre-recorded session and your resume. 

Because this is a video based platform, we need to make sure you’re comfortable in front of the camera and have the necessary skills and equipment required to produce the monthly content. 

Our founders have backgrounds in product development and marketing and excel when it comes to product launches on a mass scale. We will be promoting Aspyn Market and all available products through email, organic search, paid search (including PPC, retargeting, and display), social media advertising, ambassador programs, affiliate marketing, press opportunities, and more.

After the initial launch we will also be developing business and corporate partnerships that include options for large companies, educational institutions, first responders, and more.  

Yes! Unless otherwise requested, we will use images of our coaches, screenshots from sessions, and other materials as available, in all of our marketing materials.
